Marjan has unveiled Marjan Beach, an 85 million sq. ft mixed-use waterfront masterplan in Ras Al Khaimah, described as the UAE’s largest of its kind.

The development will feature eight distinct neighbourhoods with 22,000 residences, 12,000 hotel keys, three kilometres of beachfront, and 6.5 million sq. ft of green spaces.

Designed for 74,000 residents and 180,000 annual visitors, the project will integrate homes, hotels, offices, leisure hubs and an educational institution.

Positioned near Wynn Al Marjan Island, Al Hamra Village and RAKEZ, Marjan Beach is set to attract billions in investment and accelerate the emirate’s Vision 2030 goals for economic diversification and tourism growth.
